Third Sighting in Chirije

In October of 2007, ten years exactly after the last major sighting Francisco Paladines, (who still works as main supervisor) of the Chirije Ecolodge, was lying down taking a break in a hammock around 8pm on a very dark moonless night. He was watching the ocean from the hammock, seeing the darkness splay out onto the lighted shrimp trawlers that were about a 3 kilometers away into the horizon.
All of a sudden he looks toward the opposite end of the large open air cabin and sees that the gardens and the house cabins are lighted up bright as day. He was confused with this and got up and looked out and it was like it was midday, perfectly clear. Then he looks up and states that he saw a white round lamp standing still in the air right above him. He says that he looks down, because he got scared and then looks up again (all these movements in a couple of seconds) and he sees a red light way up in the sky. (as stated to the owner of Chirije).
Would it have taken 10 years for a visit around the galaxy and back again to Chirije....?
